PEOPLE WHO SKIP BREAKFAST PAY A HIGH PRICE
Breakfast skippers are less productive and less efficient than those who eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast impairs memory and mental performance. Children who regularly eat breakfast think faster and clearer, solve problems more easily and are less likely to be fidgety and irritable in the day. So the message is loud and clear to be particular about breakfast.
It's that no time in the morning time of year again. The kids are back in school, parents are back to work and breakfast in many households has become a catch-as catch-can affair, if it is eaten at all.
This decade has seen a steady decline in the proportion of people who regularly eat breakfast, long considered "the most important meal of the day". Though you may not think so as you hit the snooze alarm to catch a few more winks of the morning sleep, it would pay to get up 15 minutes earlier to make for a nutritious breakfast.
A sweet roll or bagel and coffee from a nearby deli is not an adequate breakfast. Nor is a so called breakfast bar or bag of chips munched on way to school. These may temporarily suppress hunger pangs, but they will do little to enhance brain function and mood, not to mention nutritional status and overall health. Given what most people call breakfast, a fast food sandwich is actually an improvement even though it is likely to be much higher in fat, salt and calories than, say, cereal with fruit and low fat or skim milk.
Countless studies in recent decades have documented the value of eating breakfast to a child's ability to learn, think quickly, pay attention and get along well with others. In a report in the archives of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, Dr J Michael Murphy of the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and his co-authors assessed the effects of eating school breakfast on the academic and emotional functioning of more than 100 children in inner-city elementary schools in Baltimore and Philadelphia.
When school breakfast was made available to all children of family income, the number of youngsters who ate it doubled, giving the researchers an opportunity to measure the results before and after. They found that those who often ate school breakfast, got higher grades in math, and were less likely to be described as depressed, anxious or hyperactive by parents or teachers.
In addition to improving in these psychological dimensions, those youngsters who started eating breakfast under the universal feeding program improved their math grades, school attendance and punctuality. Children who regularly eat breakfast think faster and clearer, solve problems more easily and are likely to be fidgety and irritable early in the day.
Recent studies show that children who skip breakfast are not as adept at selecting the information they need to solve problems. Ability to recall and use new information, verbal fluency and attentiveness are hurt by hunger. Earlier studies showed similar effects of skipping breakfast among teenagers and adults. Over all, breakfast skippers were less productive and handled tasks less efficiently than those who ate breakfast. Among both young and elderly adults, skipping breakfast impaired memory and mental performance.
You don't have to be a scientist to realize that it is hard to concentrate on mental challenges and to maintain a pleasant, patient demeanor when your growling stomach signals a fall in blood glucose that follows an overnight fast or the consumption of only a sweet food or coffee or both.
The brain runs on glucose, and when the supply runs low, it is forced to depend on the stored fat, a less efficient source of fuel. Performance questions aside, the goal of  many breakfast skippers is to save on calories. However, calories consumed early in the day are least likely to put on pounds, and skipping any meal simply increases the temptation to eat a high calorie snack or overeat at the next meal.
In fact, the leanest people tend to be those who eat three or more meals a day. Studies of teenagers have shown that those those skip breakfast have an intake of calcium and vitamin C that is 40 percent lower than those who eat breakfast.
What's a proper Breakfast? Ideally, breakfast should supply one quarter to one third of the day's protein plus fiber rich complex carbohydrates and a small amount of fat. Simple homemade meals that fulfill these criteria include a whole grain cereal (cold or hot) with fruit and low fat or skim milk: low fat or non fat yogurt fruit and skim milk plus whole wheat toast or cheese. 
And parents should provide a good example by eating breakfast themselves.

Crossing our legs when sitting

This can actually do harm to our health. The varicose veins will mar the beauty of our legs and compromise our health. So, people,.. Stop sitting with your leg cross (I'm saying this to myself as well)

Not changing our toothbrush
Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we"d be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don"t massage your gums well.

Eating out often
There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how light the oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods. Limit outdoor eating unless you know that you"re getting served light and healthy food.

Skipping breakfast
Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it"s been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast. You will then be busy through the day, and the calories will get expended quickly. If you are trying to diet, eat a light dinner.
High heels
High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. Wear them only when having short walk such as to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot.

Sleeping on a soft bed
Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one.

Pillows
Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Get a thin pillow if you sleep on your stomach, and something a little thicker if you sleep on your back.

Not exercising
Like many of my posting here, exercise is a very important item for us. Must go exercise!!! If you don't, you will only risking yourself into heart disease. Don't wait until there is signal of NOT OK!! Go now! Take a brisk walk or jogging or whatever that you like. Exercise makes us healthy!

Most of us would usually go on a diet in order to lose weight However, not all of us practice the correct way of dieting. I read some article about the types of foods that we should have in our daily life that can help in losing weight.
For those who want to lose weight, here are some of the tips of what types of food that we should consume:
· Bran bread: mix of cereals, raisins and non fat milk contains vitamins, minerals and protein. It is the best food to start our day off.
· Egg white: low fat and contains high quality protein. We can also mix the egg white with spinach, mushrooms or other type of vegetables.
· Low fat milk
· Fresh fruits: these is often famous foods known among dieters
· Toasted bread/bagel delights: helps in lowering carbohydrates and fats
· Boiled vegetables: normally I would cook cabbage soup as part of my diets menu. It is very popular dish as well.
· Sprouts: can have this cook or uncooked.
· Salads: someone ever told me that by changing from mayonnaise to yogurt is a better mixture of salads for dieters. As of how true it is, I’m not sure either.

Dark chocolate is actually a much more healthy choice for chocolates compared to those which tasted so sweet that after taking one, you will need to drink one glass of waters.

Not only that, eating small amount of dark chocolate can actually helps to improve our memory too. For those who have difficulties in remembering things, try eating dark chocolate.
Like any other chocolate, dark chocolate can also helps in reducing depression.

Have anyone wondered what will cocoa do to our cholesterol level? Unlike other chocolates, dark chocolate (pure dark cocoa) can help to reduce the LDL cholesterol level by 12%.

Many of us would feel that our skins textures degraded over the time. The skins get drier and more wrinkles when we age.

  • Beauty sleep is one of the key for better skin texture. A person needs at least 8 hours sleep a day. We should always get to bed early and not when it’s almost midnight. Cut off that late snack and movie is definitely a way for healthier skin.
  • Water is a very important item not only for better skins but also to cleanse our body from toxins. A person should drink at least 9 glass (ladies) or 13 glass of water a day.
  • Stress is possible the hardest way and it’s very hard to go for stress-free life. However, high level of stress can also damage our skin and causes more wrinkles.
  • As we know, our ozone layer is getting thinner and thinner. It is wise to put on some sun-screen when we go out to minimize direct sunlight to our skin.
  • Lotions are one of the best way to makes our skins smooth and soft. Don’t ever forget to put on lotions.
  • A hormones call Human Growth Hormones (HGH) can also helps in maintaining smoother and soft skins.
  • Yogurts, milk, fruits and grains mixtures are definitely other tips for smoother skins!

yesterday,dad say want bring mii go buy new table..
new table for my room one..
i want it so long time ady..
he keep on promise wan buy a new table for mii..
lastly i lazy go to buy a new table,ask he back to tumpat take..
he promise okay...
then when i ask him,where is the table now..
he say that later go to buy ..
than i waiting for him to finish the dinner,just go..
he go back also no tell..i keep on waiting..
after back,i saw he wear sarong aldy..
so i get not to be patient again..
angry again..!!!
the shop is close ady..!!
my moody start again..
finally gv mii rm50 go buy..!!!!!!!
i vy vy angry,say want go buy,then back home ady..!!!
i super duper angry HOT..!!!

when i at the school attend the extra class..
i waiting for ppl to fetch mii..
i very grumble is when i ask my mum..

when i go back with my fren,i ask them cum fetch mii back again..
he answer is phone okay okay..
i waiting and waiting....
phone to father again,mum was answer the phone..

the time when i know that,i go back i shouted..
i throw all my beg and file on the floor..
get grumble,scold him..
after that,he cannot be patient..
so,The time is for mii to eating belt...
eat and eat...vy pain..
i didn't care what i going to do..
wan let him get grumble too..
knock the wall and eating belt my father..
after tat,i say that i will say :"i will gv u back revenge by mii"
i will remember...always simple promise ppl..
i vy angry ppl promise and vy grumble vy much cannot do it..

straight away shout on him..
and scold him..every time simply promise,duwan brg then say it laa...
i hate vy much..and he bit mii use the belt..
i dont care everything,know that im grumble and feardap now..!!
i tell him 1 day,i will revenge back to u..!!
if  i feel not well,i will revenge..
is nothing ady,then okay..!!
i will remember what u have done to mii...
my leg was suffer pain..
i grumble and vy angry tis ppl..
simply promise...!!!

most happy not represent real happy,just because is so many hurt..

总有一些人,他们看上去整天都很开心,嘻嘻哈哈的,没有烦恼,像个小孩,
他们会说玩是我最大的乐趣,我很喜欢玩,
我什么都会玩人多的时候他们脸上总挂着笑容,
好多人都会羡慕他们,
然而这其实是他们最悲哀的地方,
他们不想让别人看到自己难过的一面,
更没有能力一个人独处,
因为当夜深人静的时候,
他不知道一个人会发生什么事,
坐在窗前冥想走过的点滴

没有人读的懂他们,
想着想着貌似快乐的他们就会黯然流下一脸的悲伤,
然后自己对自己说:其实也没什么,命运吧!
所以他们就整天逼自己笑,
以此来逃避那些常人所不能不承受的痛苦!

他们貌似很坚强,因为在别人看来,他们什么事都能微笑着去面对,
但事实上他们长着世界上最脆弱的心灵,
只是长期的伪装使得别人很难发现他们内心深处的创伤。
他们其实非常孤独,虽然看到他们时都是在跟一群人谈天说地,
那是因为他们实在不能承受一个人时的折磨!

他们只想简简单单、快快乐乐的活着,
期待并且相信每个人给的笑容都是真心的,
希望身边的人都是真正的喜欢自己。
即使别人小小的意见,也会另他们难过好久,
他们真的真的很介意,介意自己不被人喜欢。
因为,他们总是为别人想的很多,对别人总是比对自己好;
把能对喜欢的人好当做幸福,喜欢别人比喜欢自己多。

他们总是那样,前一秒还伤心的流着泪,
后一秒出现在朋友面前的时候,已经满脸溢着灿烂的笑容。
有人说他们是向日葵,
是的,他们在意的人就像是太阳,
在面对太阳的时候永远是明艳的花瓣,
而太阳照不到的背面,那悲伤藏得那么好,不愿被看见。

他们向往放纵自由的生活,
却必须为了谁很努力的朝另外的一个方向活着,
很累很累,却仍是心甘情愿。
离自己的梦境越来越来远,
不得不面对从未想过的争夺和复杂,恐慌、不知所措。
只有面对最信赖的人时,才会卸下盔甲,委屈的流下眼泪。
因为在他们心里,
笑就是开心,哭就是难过,接近就是喜欢,远离就是讨厌。
但其实不是,他们明白了,
心好伤,眼泪就没忍住。
哭过之后,笑笑得擦干眼泪,说,没关系,我可以做的很好的。

他们好像无所不能,好像总是不会有烦恼,
好像什么问题都能轻而易举的解决,
总是喜欢喜欢出现在流泪的人面前,笑嘻嘻的逗着笑。
而面对自己的问题,他们却茫然无措,
面对自己的悲伤,他们只会躲在人们看不见的角落里慢慢由伤口越裂越大。

他们的想法非常简单,说出来的就是心里所想的,
肚子里不会拐七道八道的小弯,
无心的话可能会引起别人的误解。
所以,请别记恨他们,他们从不愿伤害谁,小小的错误就能让他们懊悔很久。

他们其实非常单纯,甚至你曾经给了他一个微笑他也会一辈子记得你的好,
因此他们的世界观其实也很简单,他们很容易受蛊惑 ,
请不要轻易的伤害他们的感情,
因为一旦伤害了,那就将永远弥补不回来!

如果你身边有这种人请你给予他(她)那怕是凤毛麟角的那点关怀,
让他(她)知道这个世界没有抛弃他们

i went to visit and take care yao yao..~

Friday and saturday i stay at my aunt's house..♥
and have yao yao..♥
last few day yao yao was sick,thn should sent to KBMC..♥
no ppl to help aunt collect the house and clean the house..♥
because aunt should take care about yao yao..♥
yao yao now more recover ady..♥
i help to mopping and sweep the floor..♥
aiks..i sweat so much nuh because i semangat to clean it geh..♥
i like to carry baby..so i wont feel my hand tired..♥
very nice..if i can carry then play with little yao yao..♥
In the evening aunt have gv to mii Rm20..so happy..♥
 no think so,will have many,just now knw to clean..♥
when sumtime the aunt was free,will bring mii go out and shopping..♥
shopping with her vy nice..and sumtime i bring my money too...♥
but eating time,they pay for mii,sumtime will buy a gift..♥
so happy i have so many good aunt..♥
i will remember them..♥
they treat us vy good..♥
ever I am just her niece,not the children..♥
they still take care mii like their chidren..♥
go shopping with them more funny and happy..♥
sumtime go beach together picnic..♥

my homework cannot finish..

I always says that i want finish all the homework ..♥
but,until so many week also no finish yet..♥
when i was very grumble as hot as fire..♥
my plan cannot doing well and will not come true...♥
so many homework Im plan to finish..♥
if my plan broken,i will forget all what homework..♥
and my homework forget to brg back..♥
I hate it..i wan have a own table in my bed room..♥
but i ask my dad to buy mii 1..♥
Until the SPM exam coming soon 3 more month..♥

if my time ,who are wasted,i will get grumble vy much..♥

I love friday..23/07/2010..♥

 Jia bao,ji cheng,and me went to Mc donald..♥
 we went to mcd celebrated 5 little monster baby party..♥
 5 of them is yeow,siang,kiat,alex and keong..♥
 so happy..then we bring a Ben 10 cake to mcd..♥
 Inside the ben 10 cake is Oreo ice-cream cake..♥
 our Ben 10 cake 1st finish nuh..♥
 izit delicious..i dunno..♥
 but quite fast finish geh..♥
 may be may be..♥
 so many ppl together celebrates party with them..♥
 5 little monster them look kinda happy..♥
 after celebrates the party..♥
 at nite 7pm,we all should attend the Chung Cheng Star..♥
 we all sat for yee teng car going to Chung Cheng..♥
 so happy..we went for support kian lun..♥
 our support are not wasted..♥
 kian lun take 2 part..♥
 both are win the prize..♥
 congrate..congrate...♥
 11pm,the Chung cheng Star are the end..♥
 jia bao sent mii bck to my grandma shop..♥
 after sent mii,i try ask for them go home ady..♥
 my grandma on the way open the door for mii..♥
 she so good,she is waiting until mii go inside the shop..♥
 just leaving........thanks for her sent mii back..♥
 at the time,i vy duwan back yet..♥
 reach home le,must Guai Guai come down from car..♥

actually she is good girl..

at here..i mean the title is my friend xiao ying..
nowaday,i just know that she quite good as jia bao..
she sometime quite cool..
when i was fall in my leg bleeding..
she helped mii to prepared a medicine "green grass oil"..
she say that wan gv mii,but i tell her no need laa..
my grandma shop also have..
after use, my leg get recover juz gv it bck..
sumtime i dunno who can fetch mii bck,at the time she volunteer..
wah..she really so ...i dunno how to decribe her..
thanks to xiao ying and who ever fetch mii bck..

my parent always can't fetch at the time i wan bck..

yesterday,my sis Irene just bck frm travel to Gua Musang..
when my sis in the train at Pasir Mas,she called to xxx..
But finally she reach the railway station,no ppl come to fetch yet..
So,the xiao ying's sister xiao yii ask my sister irene wan bck or not..
my sister simply ans : "bu dong ~bu dong~bu dong~"
@@ crazy..crazy..dunno how to say properly to xiao yi..
bu dong~ bu dong~ also follow go in the VIOS car..
wait ppl wan tipu also senang..
when my sister irene reach,my eldest ask who send u bck..

15.07.2010 Thursday..
Finally is over..
because tis let mii have a BIG confused..
I'm confused wan to a get confidence..
I miss this day it is my yellow day..
So, I wear a Yellow dress..
I wear the yellow..
and i saw other guy also wear a yellow T-shirt..
I feel vy strange..@@
why we will wear a same colour on a same day..
Is is okay..
No wonder laa I smile and laughing byself..
So that,I can laugh byself..
hees..hees..
I have asking go where better party or study.. 
SURE STUDY laa...
This year Exam still wan go party..
I never start my study byself yet..
when I hear that,my heart feel vy terrible..
I keeping ask myself..
when when when will start..
Trial Exam coming soon..
Real exam is quite nearest..
So,terrible terrible terrible now..
at nite, I quite feel tired and sleepy..
because evening I do not have a sleep..
I gonna waiting somebody..
cz i promise tat to wait for......
finally is over 1 hour noticed tat..
it is too late,there's no time to go..
So,this let me disappointed..

yesterday is 09.07.2010 friday..♥
tis is the 1st time so enjoy with them..♥
my friends and i went to mall together..♥
so happy,1st w meet at Mc Donald..♥
we go cityjaya and partway to buy a present for yee teng..♥
alex,jia bao,jia chee,xiao ying,thong sern and me..♥
then after eating our lunch..♥
we 3 ppl buy a ice-cream at Mcd ice-cream station..♥
so enjoy our ice-cream..♥
then we go popular to play the kids specticle..♥
we 4 ppl will look so crazy and funny..♥
we use the jia chee 's for snap some photo..♥
Jia chee send to each other,using bluetooth..♥
she say see who name found out thn sent to who 1st..♥
Yeah..finally is mii 1st..♥
mii received no.1 nu..♥
after that we help jia bao to choose apple pray..♥
4 ppl accompany her to choose the apple..♥
so happiness..♥
